246/365 A Day At Home

They were home for the day, on this newly instated Chinese holiday. They drove me batty and I made them cookies. Love isn't always fair.

We walk, to and fro, from here to there on these same sidewalks and slippery tiles. It is getting easier, I noticed today. There is less stopping to yank another kids bike and more finding a rock of his own to kick. They cross the streets a little more aware. They can make it to there and back without needing a carry. And when there is two or more of them, well that is all the more merrier. So in between raindrops today, we walked.
